STEEL BRIDGE BUILDERS PLATE MULBERRY FORK of WARRIOR RIVER

This builder plate is solid and heavy. Has lots of wear but no cracks or breaks. Not sure which bridge it is off but sure is cool.  The plate reads ‘MULBERRY FORK OF WARRIOR RIVER BRIDGE BUILT BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND THE STATE OF ALABAMA 1922″.  It measures 12 3/4 inches by 9 7/8 inches.    PRICE $350

 

 

FRAMED PHOTOGRAPH OF BIRMINGHAM TERMINAL STATION

Here we have a nicely framed real photograph of he Terminal Train Station of Birmingham Alabama. It was built in 1909 and demolished in 1969. What were they thinking??? The total frame measures 16 inches by 13 inches.   PRICE $65

 

1971 BIRMINGHAM CENTENNIAL DAMASCENE TRAY by REED AND BARTON

This beautiful silver plated commemorative tray features Vulcan, City Hall and landmarks of the city’s steel and coal mining legacy. The 12 inch dialmeter tray is titled ‘”ENTURY OF MAGIC”. The medallion on the back states that this is number 148 of 200 and it was HAND CRAFTED by Reed and Barton exclusive3ly for Bromberg’s Birmingham Alabama.    PRICE $200
